"Head Case" is the thirty-fifth episode of Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. It first aired on November 6, 2000 on UPN.

Overview

After a mission, the LGMs repair XR, and are shocked to see that he is showing signs of metal fatigue. They fax their report to Commander Nebula, but he misreads it as "mental fatigue" due to accidentally spilling coffee onto it, and schedules a psychiatric evaluation for XR. It results in XR being sent on vacation in an attempt to keep him sane.

However, things go awry when XL kidnaps XR, modifies his head, and swaps bodies with him. He then proceeds to plant a bomb at Star Command in an attempt to destroy the station.
