Overview
Buzz Lightyear is framed for attempting to shoot the president . After he is captured, however, he escapes and goes on the run to find out who framed him. Meanwhile, Team Lightyear is sent to find and arrest their very own captain.

Along with "Inside Job ," this episode was banned after 9/11 due to plot elements revolving around terrorism.[source?]
Some plot elements are similar to The Fugitive , specifically that of the protagonist being framed for murder and escaping while en route to prison.
The scene where Buzz is in the prison transport references a similar scene from Judge Dredd .
